Rules

• Any behavior meant to offend a person or a group of people is strictly forbidden. This includes, among other things, insults, provocation, threats, criticism, discrimination and mockery.
• Flooding⁴, spam⁵, excessive trolling⁶ and excessive capital letters are forbidden.
• Our servers are French-speaking, so speaking French is mandatory.
• Advertising⁷ is strictly forbidden, in any form. The same goes for promoting any cheating method.
• Any form of religious advocacy, discussion of sensitive topics or topics related to drugs or sex, or sharing of political opinions is strictly forbidden.
• Impersonation, whether of a public figure or of an ordinary player or staff member, is strictly forbidden.
• Excessive promotion⁸ of your warps is forbidden. Please limit the number of messages you send: one is enough. Any abuse may be treated as spam.
• Encouraging a player to rate your warp favorably, for example by paying them for a five-star rating, is forbidden. This practice counts as unfair competition and is sanctioned.
• Revealing the presence of an invisible staff member is forbidden. Publicly stating that a staff member in vanish is online is sanctioned with a mute. Staff members are not invisible for no reason: they often are in order to watch suspicious behavior, prevent cheating or check reports. Announcing their presence in chat directly hinders their work and undermines moderation.
• Politeness is essential, especially when talking with the staff. A simple "hello" at the start of a conversation and a "thank you" at the end never hurt.
• Do not hesitate to lend a hand, for example by helping other players in need: mutual help between players is the key to a supportive and harmonious community.

• Do not do to others what you would not want done to you.
• Offensive or inappropriate usernames, capes and skins are forbidden.
• Using a proxy or a VPN is strictly forbidden.
• Logging in simultaneously⁹ with two accounts is forbidden.
• Completing event quests¹⁰ with multiple accounts is forbidden.
• The administration does not do WorldEdit for players.

• Using a mod or a resource pack that gives any advantage is strictly forbidden. The following lists are not exhaustive:

  • Allowed: performance¹¹ and visual improvements, minimaps¹², ReplayMod (for videos only), and so on.
  • Forbidden: Xray, Baritone, automatic building¹³, WorldDownloader, PvP cheats¹⁴, macros, auto-clickers, FreeCam, and so on.
  • If you have doubts about whether a mod is allowed, do not hesitate to contact our team through a Discord ticket. It is better to ask than to take the risk of using an unauthorized mod. Not knowing whether a mod is legitimate does not justify using it, and sanctions are applied all the same.

• Using methods such as key remapping or any other device that simulates in-game activity, such as an auto-click or a repeated action, in order to bypass AFK detection is strictly forbidden. This includes, among other things, any setup that automates in-game actions, such as auto-clicking while a key is held down or using third-party software. Moreover, being teleported to the AFK zone anyway does not justify using such methods.

• Duplicating items, by any means, and exploiting any bug, whether ours or Mojang's, are strictly forbidden. Bug exploitation includes, among other things, actions such as going onto the Nether roof.

• Quests and progression objectives must be completed fairly, sincerely and in keeping with their original intent. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a quest is deemed to be completed personally by the player who wants its reward. Any method meant to circumvent the spirit of a quest or to artificially speed up its validation is forbidden. This includes, among other things:

  • coordination between players for the sole purpose of validating an objective faster than intended (for example, one player places a block that another breaks in a loop to generate artificial progress);
  • exploiting an interaction between several accounts to bypass a technical limitation that prevents self-validation;
  • any repetitive, artificial or diverted mechanic that does not correspond to normal game progression.

  The fact that a method is technically possible does not mean it is allowed. The administration reserves the right to assess whether a behavior is abusive and to sanction any attempt at circumvention.

• Claiming less than 150 blocks from another player's area is forbidden, unless you obtained their prior agreement¹⁵.
• Killing a player outside the designated PvP zones such as /pvp and /duel is strictly forbidden. Any region or island with the "PvP" option enabled must inform players of it by clearly displaying a sign AND broadcasting a message or an entry title. These measures are the minimum required to keep players informed: you may add other methods, but not fewer.
• Forming alliances¹⁶ in the /pvp arena is forbidden.
• Inappropriate builds¹⁷ are forbidden. The same goes for signs displaying inappropriate text, even in an enclosed place.
• Disfiguring¹⁸ the surroundings of a claim by any means is forbidden.
• Evading a sanction¹⁹ is strictly forbidden.
• Players are free to take part in the economy as they choose, but the administration reserves the right to step in when a behavior is harmful. Any manipulation or abuse, such as unfair pricing, Ponzi schemes or unfair competition, is sanctioned.
• Polluting the auction house with misleading listings²⁰ is forbidden. Moreover, any form of scam is strictly prohibited.
• Warp owners have the right to restrict access to their warp²¹ for their own reasons. Any circumvention of that restriction, whether through /sethome, /recherche or any other method meant to reach the restricted warp in order to harm or provoke the owner, leads to sanctions.

• The owner of a claim or an island is responsible for what happens there. If an added player steals from the chests or breaks things, no sanction can be applied and no item is returned.

• You are responsible for your actions, including renaming an item. Consequently, if you choose to rename a tool that originally had a colored name²² and it loses its colors, we cannot restore its original name.

• Offering trades involving real money, whether for virtual goods, items, other games or in-game services, is strictly forbidden on our platforms. Such transactions go against our policies and are handled with zero tolerance. Any player who breaks this rule is banned from our platforms, without exception.

• Gear refunds are strictly regulated and only allowed in specific circumstances, such as a major server bug (assessed exclusively by the administration). You are solely responsible for your account; if it is hacked, we cannot guarantee its security and no refund is made for it.

  Every refund request for losses caused by your own mistake (such as losing an item by accident or a natural in-game death) is systematically refused, even for a very valuable item. We only refund if you can provide clear and convincing proof that you were the victim of a server bug. That proof must also show your equipment before the loss. You can use software such as Nvidia GeForce Experience or OBS for that.

  Refund requests must be submitted exclusively through a Discord ticket. No other method is accepted. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we consider the proof insufficient, and our decision is final. We also reserve the right to severely sanction any player who submits a false refund request.

These rules may change. We reserve the right to make changes at any time, without prior notice.

• You must use the same username on Discord as in game.
• Your profile must be appropriate, including your profile picture, username, nickname, status, game activity, and so on.
• Impersonating anyone is strictly forbidden. Likewise, using an emoji that copies the staff's visual identity is forbidden.

• The chat rules and in-game etiquette also apply on our Discord servers.
• Mentioning a member of the administration or the moderation team needlessly, or without their permission, is forbidden.
• Going through the support is mandatory when you need help. If a staff member does not answer your private message, that is their right.
• To make tickets easier to handle, please answer the questions the bot asks when you open one properly (in-game username, clear explanation of the problem).
• Mutual help between members is not only allowed but strongly encouraged. However, please do not step in when a moderation team member is already handling the question.
• Politeness is essential, especially when talking with the staff. A simple "hello" at the start of a conversation and a "thank you" at the end never hurt.
